1 cup full almond Flour
2 teaspoons of coconut Flour
5 spoons of Butter
2 spoons of water

For Cream Cheese Layer:
400 gr Full Fat Cream Cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
half a glass of sweetener
half a cup of heavy whipped cream
1 spoon of beef gelatin
For Blackberry Hill:
2.5 cups frozen blackberries
1 cup of water
1 cup sugar Sweetener
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 pack of Gelatin
Blackberry Cheesecake Bar Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all the ingredients in the pie crust in a bowl and mix. Press the pie pan.
Cook until the edges begin to turn brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Beat half a glass of whipped cream in a large bowl.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sweetener and gelatin in a separate bowl and beat well.
Gently combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly on the bottom of the chilled crust and lift it to the refrigerator.
Boil 1.5 cups of blackberry, water, sweetener, lemon juice and gelatin in a saucepan. Mix well with a whisk to remove lumps.
After boiling, mix until smooth on your blender. Add the remaining 1 cup blackberries, mix with a spoon.
Cool the blackberry topping to room temperature, then pour over the cream cheese layer and straighten.
Cool completely for 1 night – then enjoy with a cup of coffee!
