Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake For Recipe
3 fat cream cheese, 250 gr each.
Half a cup of sugar
1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
Half a cup of Sweet Cream
1 cup of freshly cleaned cherries,
1.5 cups chocolate graham crackers crumbs.
5 tablespoons of melted butter
Quarter cup cream
1 cup chocolate chips
For the above
mini chocolate pieces
and a handful of fresh cherries
Heat the oven to 350ºF.
Stir in the food processor until Graham crackers are very good. Measure 1.5 cups of crumbs. Combine the crumbs with melted butter and mix well until you get a consistency.
Wrap the pan with 1 layer of aluminum foil. Prevents water from entering
Add the crumbs to the 28 cm diameter pan, distribute the crumbs evenly in the pan using a glass. If desired, you can push the crumbs from the sides of the pan to make it go up a little.
Place the pan in the oven, cook the crust until golden color.
Remove the pan from the oven, cool it to room temperature and add the cheesecake mixture.
Reduce the oven to 325º F and cook for about 20 minutes
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat 3 packets of cream cheese nicely.
Add sugar and vanilla,
Add the Delight cream, and whisk the soup.
Add the eggs one by one.
Beat the mixture.
Add cherries, mix.
Pour over the crust.
Carefully place the pan on the tray, which was filled with water.
Put the cheesecake in the oven and bake at 325ºF.
When your cheesecake is cooked, turn off the oven. After cooling, remove the cheesecake from the oven. Put it in the fridge overnight. Next day
