White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake
Making White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake;
CHOCOLATE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE FOR SHELL
30 crushed wafers,
4 tablespoons. butter melted.
2 cups of blueberries, the surplus will be used for garnish
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons. lemon zest
2 teaspoons of gelatin
2.5 cups white white chocolate chips
3 cups of intensive cream
half a cup of sugar
1 cup blueberry
1 tablespoon. lemon juice
half a glass of granulated sugar
In a large bowl, combine the crushed wafers with melted butter until you get a wet texture. Press on a removable mold and place it on the base.
Puree the blueberry with a blender. Add lemon juice, lemon zest and mix.
Pour the chocolate drops into 1 cup of cream and boil. Whisk together the softened gelatin and blueberry puree together.
Pour the white chocolate chips into the mixture and mix until the chocolate melts. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
With a whisk attachment, beat 2 glasses of cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Add a quarter cup of whipped cream to the melted chocolate mixture.
Gently fold the hardened whipped cream and pour it over the prepared crust.
Leave in the refrigerator for about 4 hours, harden.
Add the side dish garnish before serving
